Gstaad
Gstaad is a charming car-free village with a reputation for luxurious hotels, high-society nightlife, fine dining, excellent service and international stars. Located at the intersection of two valleys in the Bernese Oberland, it is surrounded by some of Switzerland's finest alpine scenery and has over 70 lifts and 250km of trails. The middle of the village features a promenade with highly-exclusive shops and restaurants.
Skiing Gstaad >> St Moritz
A chic and vibrant resort, the town sits at the western end of the lake with mountains rising steeply to either side. For non-skiers, the fantastic shopping and spas are sure to keep them busy, but the reputation for glitz and glamour can sometimes detract from the great skiing available. The Upper Engadine boasts 350km of piste rising from 1,800m in Corviglia to 3,057m at the Piz Nair summit. The climate is dry and crisp and the snow is reliable.
Skiing St Moritz >>Verbier
Verbier is one of Europe’s premier ski resorts and the largest of the 4 Valley ski region in the Swiss Alps. A one-time farming community, the resort was established only a few decades ago and has adopted a cosmopolitan, modern feel about the village with stylish bars and gourmet restaurants. With 410kms of varied piste to discover reaching an altitude of 3300m, Verbier is a ski resort for all abilities.
Skiing Verbier >>Zermatt
